I begin every project by learning more about your idea. I'll ask questions to expand on your initial description, such as your preferred style, colors, images, branding, and any examples you like. This helps me tailor the final project to your goals.

All services are completed remotely through email or Stoat. Once your project is finished, you'll receive all files related to it, along with any documentation or setup guides included in your package. I'm also happy to walk you through setup if needed. For websites, I provide the website files themselves. Web hosting, domains, and ongoing hosting costs remain your responsibility, although I can help guide you through the setup process if your package includes it.

Project pricing depends on the overall scope and complexity of your request. Additional revisions beyond those included in your package may increase the final cost. Payment is typically handled through PayPal, although other methods can be discussed if needed. Payment is due within one week of agreeing to begin the project.

Once the project has been completed and paid for, it belongs to you. You're free to modify it yourself or have someone else continue development in the future.

I'm happy to answer reasonable setup questions after delivery. Larger updates, redesigns, or additional features may require a separate quote.

Project timelines depend on complexity and my current workload. I'll provide an estimated completion date before work begins and keep you updated throughout the process.
